Ages 1-3 · 5 min · Nature ★★★★

A tiny acorn worries it will never grow as tall as the old oak trees — until Milo and Pip help it understand that every big tree started out small.

Read the Story

The littlest acorn sat at the bottom of the oldest oak tree, looking up, and up, and up. “I'll never be that tall,” it sighed.

Pip landed beside it. “That old oak was once an acorn too,” she said gently. “It just had a lot of seasons to grow.”

Milo helped tuck the acorn into a soft patch of soil. “We'll come back and visit,” he promised. And every season after, they did — watching the littlest acorn grow, one patient season at a time.
