When rain cancels the forest picnic, Sunny and Luna turn puddles and umbrellas into the best parade the forest has ever seen.

Read the Story

The forest picnic was ruined — rain poured down just as the baskets were unpacked. Luna's ears drooped, and Sunny's honey cake grew soggy.

“Let's not wait out the rain,” said Sunny. “Let's dance in it instead.” He grabbed a big green leaf as an umbrella, and Luna splashed straight through the biggest puddle she could find.

Soon every animal in the forest was marching and splashing behind them, and the rainy day turned into the liveliest parade the forest had ever seen.
